This course is made for everyone who wants to test himsef in ice-climbing. You don't need previous ice-climbing experience.

Contents:

• Alpinism gear. Use and manteinance.
• Ice axe traction technique. Crampons front points technique.
• Ice-climbing in top rope.

Minimum requirements:

• Winter mountaineering experience or winter mountaineering course done with us.
• Rigid or semi-rigid mountain boots.

Duration: 1/2 journey (from 8 to 14h)

Minimum group: 2 people · Maximum group: 4 people  (In case of bigger group will be one mountain guide for each 4 people)

• Mountain Guide (Diplomated)
