The Veleta Peak is a famous mountain, second highest in Sierra Nevada and third of the peninsula. Due to the configuration of the saw is the best viewpoint of Sierra Nevada, especially to the south, where among other things, you can see the sea above the clouds. Despite being a mountain that exceeds three thousand meters, in summer it is easy to climb, it is a gentle slope and regulate, the most difficult in the ascent is the altitude acclimatization, because we will be part of the route over 3000 meters, but the guides will make it possible.

Hoya de la Mora (2500 m) - Loma del Veleta - Positions - Pico Veleta (3396 m) - Positions - Hoya de la Mora.

Equipment: 30L backpack, hiking shoes or sneakers, sportswear, breathable shirt (preferably not cotton), fleece, buff, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle, food attack.
